As of Monday 29 August, dozens of residents are moved into their brand new homes truly representing the theme of “Your Time. Your Place” and now “Your Home”.
Graham Hooper, CEO of Vasey Communities – the operator and not-for-profit developer of Kokoda Residences, is understandably proud of reaching this monumental milestone, stating “I am absolutely delighted to welcome so many residents already and with many more to come over the next few months”.
Over the last two years, the community spirit at Kokoda Residences has been flourishing – well before residents even moved in, with regular coffee catch ups held to build connections and friendships, that is bound to now grow even stronger with residents settling in.
David and Beatrice (pictured below) were Kokoda Residences’ very first depositors when the project was first released in March 2020 and we are thrilled to have welcomed them on Monday 29 August as our very first residents to move in.
We wanted to say a very special thank you to David and Beatrice for their support, riding this journey from the start, and for being such wonderful advocates of Kokoda Residences settled into their brand-new homes.
