After being awarded for its architecture and design earlier this year, Kokoda Residences has now been recognised at the state’s most prestigious commercial building awards.

On Saturday 4 November, it was announced that builder Richard Crookes Constructions had won in the Lifestyle Living Over 55’s category for Kokoda Residences at the Master Builders Association of NSW 2023 Excellence in Construction Awards.

Prized for its striking character, topped off with a first class quality of workmanship and finishes throughout, the judges could see that, through strong collaborative relationships in the construction journey, Kokoda Residences was a worthy winner.
